KUAS is operated by PT Kuas Otomasi Cerdas, an Indonesian company, which is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us about privacy at admin@kuas.tech.
What we collect
When you contact us or use our products, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email, and the project materials you send us — along with basic technical data about how the site and products are used.
Why we can use it
We process your data where we have a lawful basis to do so: to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interest in running and improving the products, to meet legal obligations, and, where required, with your consent.
How we use it
We use your information to produce and deliver your work, to reply to enquiries, to run and improve the products, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
AI and your project materials
We use AI to produce your work, but we do not use your project materials to train our AI models. Our models are trained on data we have licensed, generated synthetically, or that is publicly available. Your materials are used only to deliver your project, unless we separately agree otherwise with you in writing.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate — such as hosting and computing, email, and analytics providers — and only as needed. We may also share data where the law requires it. We do not sell your data.
International transfer
KUAS operates in Indonesia and Japan, so your data may be processed in both countries. Where we transfer personal data outside Indonesia, we take the steps required by Indonesian data protection law to keep it protected.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under Indonesian data protection law you can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, and request a copy of your data. Write to us and we will help.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to run the site and understand how it is used.
Children
Our products are for businesses and are not directed at children.
Complaints
If you have a concern we cannot resolve, you have the right to complain to the relevant Indonesian data protection authority.
