1. Agreement
KUAS is operated by PT Kuas Otomasi Cerdas, an Indonesian company. By using the KUAS website, the render service, or AI Board, you agree to these terms. If you use the products on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you may do so. These terms form an electronic contract.
2. Definitions
Input means the floorplans, specifications, references, and other materials you send us. Output means the renders, images, video, and files we deliver to you. AI Render means our architectural rendering service. AI Board means our software canvas. Services means all of these together.
3. The services
AI Render is a service: you send Input, and we deliver a finished set of Output, normally within three working days of confirmation. Deliverables, turnaround, and pricing are described at the time of quotation. AI Board is software, currently in beta; access may be limited or changed while it is in beta.
4. Accounts and eligibility
Some Services require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
5. Fees and payment
AI Render projects are charged by quote, agreed before work begins. Fees, billing, and any subscription terms for AI Board are described at the point of sign-up.
6. Your content and ownership
You keep ownership of your Input. When your project is paid for and delivered, you own the Output. You grant KUAS the rights needed to produce and deliver your work. You are responsible for having the rights to the Input you provide.
7. AI models and training
KUAS uses its own software, including AI models, to produce Output. We do not use your Input or Output to train our AI models. Our models are trained on data we have licensed, generated synthetically, or that is publicly available. We will only use your materials to train models if we separately agree that with you in writing.
8. AI output
Output is produced with AI and finished by a human specialist, but it may still contain errors or inaccuracies. Output is for visualisation and should not be relied on as engineering, structural, or professional advice. Verify measurements, materials, and specifications independently before using Output for construction or other decisions.
9. Confidentiality
We treat your Input and project details as confidential and share them only as needed to deliver your work. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use the Services to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, copy, or reverse-engineer the Services or the underlying models. We may suspend access where these terms are broken.
11. Warranties and disclaimers
The Services are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, KUAS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the Services. Our total liability arising from the Services is limited to the fees paid for the project or subscription giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to cover KUAS for claims arising from Input you did not have the right to provide, or from your misuse of the Services.
14. Term, suspension, and termination
These terms apply while you use the Services. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, or where required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the updated version here with a new date, and continued use of the Services means you accept the change.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us will be resolved by arbitration administered by the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) in Jakarta, under its rules.
17. Force majeure
Neither party is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
